Nenu Univ ki koncham fee due unnanu and by the time of OPT extention I cannot pay the fee So fee kadithe ne degree certificate istharu ..... So OPT extention ki Degree certificate must ahh?? vere options unnaya??

You need below forms :-

All prior I-20s
·        Copy of Visa
·        Copy of I-94
·        Copy of Passport
·        Check for $340
·        Previous employment authorization documents (prior OPT)
·        Immigration photos (2)

[b]Here is how the process goes:

~ You have to give your offer letter from your employer and all the employer details and I 765 (filled)  to your university!
~ The University will then update the SEVIS and ISSUE you a new I-20 with your employment details on the last page.

~ You WILL have to submit the following to USCIS : Form I 765 , I20, Offerletter, Copy of Masters Degree, EAD card, Passport , check for $340 and 2 photographs.

my friends applied for opt extension mama they didnt submitted their degree..

one thing is for sure do as ur international advises mama..

Recent ga chesina kaabatti chepthunna! Cheyyanollaki Denial kooda ochindhi!

Nuvvu apply chesedhe extension kosam, which is for STEM only. Yer MS cert with computers is the only proof for that.

Okadhi odhu anukunna, univ ninchi new I20 aithe kaavale kadha! DOnt think thy wud issue that and his MS degree without clearing out the dues!

for OPT extension u will need to send proof of degree which might be diploma copy or the official transcripts ... degree date is must for applying OPT extension...

just double checked with the list of docs needed and I submitted for OPT STEM 17 months extension..

.."Student must supply copy of degree and transcripts (noting STEM major)"

na cousin okathanu certificate pampinchaledu, but OPT extension I-20 issued by college pampimchadu and he got his OPT extension,

OPT Extension I-20 is a must, try to get that from ur college
