Nothing doing now!  I doubt if you'll get yer masters degree now , even if u pay fees now.
1st things 1st, how did u even apply for OPT without paying fees n getting yer degree???

You have no option now. Pay the fees and apply for OPT extension within 30 days of yer OPT expiration or you will be booted out of the country![/b]
