its not that data scientists will not be needed after 2025 , less number and highly qualified data scientists will be needed. Its just like what tableau/qlik did to reporting the same will happen to ML. But if your data is complex and you need deeper analytics then these out of the box tools will not be sufficient you still be need experts (people who understands the math behind the algorithms).
