Guys,

My friend parents currently in US on Visitor Visa. He was blessed  with a baby girl  few months ago.

His parents visa stay (I-94) is going to expire next week. Is it possible to apply for the extension at this point?

His baby got sick and need help of his parents now. he basically want his parents stay extended for another couple of months.

please provice step by step process. I couldn't find enough information online to help him.
