cheenu Posted July 27, 2017 Report Posted July 27, 2017 There are 2 types of scrum master certifications 1) scrum alliance : 1200-1500 untundi 2 days mandatory training and easy to clear as cut off is only 55% I guess. You need to attend 2 day in person training, can't skip it. Most people take this as it is easy and most commonly done certification 2) scrum.org : 150 per exam (3 exams to get to advance scrum master) no need to attend training in person, online lo you can practice tests by purchasing. Difficultly to pass 85% cut off. This is most preferred one by employers if they are using scrum for a while in their organization. I cleared 1 exam and I am a scrum master1. You will actual know more details if you try to clear this. Not like for name sake. hope that helps Quote
