Any single income home owners in this db? How is your peace of mind and experience? I need some serious suggestions/advices. I am thinking to buy 1 home with 210k because i dont want too much liability.

as long as your premium not much, you will have peace of mind. make sure you have at least 6 months EMI in hand before you buy apart from down payment. So that in case of job switch or finding job it helps.

Currently paying rent is 1500. For 210K home EMI + PMI + Taxes + insurance will be less than 1500

home aa condo aa ? if so wat are ur current expenses? 

illu antey heat hotwater, internet, condo fees if any, property taxes, inti cleanin maintenance, intiki repairs ravochu...

if its new built condo..u are good. if old house..then repairs will frock you..dont buy if its a old home
