AZ ki oka dandam inka janma lo ranu akkadiki. I might have resigned way before. 6 months i coughed crazily knowing that weather is not suiting me. Done with that place forever.

Regd consulting..yes man core jobs ki consultancies unnayi ...long term untayi ta but pay 70-80 k kuda undadu even after 8-9 yrs exp. Big issue is with status and they dont dare to move like IT as switch ayyi employer job techukovadam kashtam. Most companies don't sponsor fo h1b's ta. After getting married and having kids 70-80k to kashtam so frustrated. 9 yrs taruvata ippudu IT ki ravalante kuda anta easy kadu. Valla stories vinte i feel i am in much better place.

Detailed ga kanukkomante kanukkunta bro. I don't know much about Mech or Electrical jobs here in US. Manufacturing side aey mari. Few friends work in CAT,DEERE and some companies in Iowa. Electrical friends work in Motorola. Chip Design side anukunta. Akkade pathukopoyi 9 yrs nunchi unnaru. Andaru consultants.
