iamlikethis Posted July 31, 2017 Report Posted July 31, 2017 రేపటి నుంచి కాస్త జాగ్రత్త! మూడు కమిషనరేట్లలో నయా ట్రాఫిక్ విధానం 24 నెలల్లో 12 పాయింట్లు దాటితే లైసెన్స్ సస్పెండ్ హైదరాబాద్: రాజధాని మహా నగరంలో ట్రాఫిక్ ఉల్లంఘనల నియంత్రణలో కొత్త శకం ఆరంభం కాబోతోంది. ఇన్నేళ్లూ ఉల్లంఘనలకు పాల్పడినా జరిమానాలు కట్టి బయటపడొచ్చని భావించే వాహనదారులు ఇక తస్మాత్ జాగ్రత్త. కట్టు దాటితే తాట తీసేలా పాయింట్ల విధానాన్ని అమలు చేయబోతున్నారు. అందుకు ఆగస్టు 1న ముహూర్తం ఖరారైంది. ఆ రోజు నుంచి రహదారులపై వాహనాలు నడుపుతూ దొరికిపొయిన వారి ఖాతాలో పాయింట్లు జమ కాబోతున్నాయి. ఉల్లంఘనల వారీగా 24 నెలల్లో 12 పాయింట్లు లభించాయంటే చాలు డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్ గోవిందా. ఆ రోజు నుంచే మీ లైసెన్స్ సస్పెన్షన్ అమల్లోకి వస్తుంది. ఈ మేరకు ఉల్లంఘనలకు సంబంధించి పాయింట్లను ఆర్టీఏ డేటాబేస్లో పకడ్బందీగా నమోదు చేయనున్నారు. ఈ విధానం అమలు కానున్న ఆగస్టు 1 నుంచి ఉల్లంఘనల పాయింట్లను వాహనదారుల ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేస్తారు. ఒకవేళ 12 పాయింట్లు గనక అతడి ఖాతాలో జమ అయితే... ఆ రోజు నుంచే డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్ను సస్పెండ్ చేస్తారు. ఇదీ పాయింట్ల పట్టిక... * ఆటోలో సామర్థ్యం కంటే అదనంగా ప్రయాణికుల్ని ఎక్కిస్తే: 1 * సీట్ బెల్ట్ పెట్టకుండా కారు నడిపితే, శిరస్త్రాణం లేకుండా ద్విచక్రవాహనం నడిపితే: 1 * గూడ్స్ వాహనాల్లో ప్రయాణికుల్ని తరలిస్తే: 2 * రాంగ్ రూట్లో వాహనం నడిపితే: 2 * చరవాణి మాట్లాడుతూ వాహనం నడిపితే/సిగ్నల్ జంపింగ్ చేస్తే/స్టాప్ లైన్ క్రాస్ చేస్తే/ప్రమాదకరంగా డ్రైవింగ్ చేస్తే: 2 * జాతీయ రహదారుల్లో రోడ్డు భద్రత నిబంధనలకు విరుద్ధంగా వాహనాన్ని నిలిపితే: 2 * బీమా పత్రాలు లేకుండా వాహనం నడిపితే: 2 * ప్రమాదకర వస్తువుల్ని రవాణా చేసే వాహనాలకు పబ్లిక్ లయబిలిటీ సర్టిఫకేట్ లేకపోతే: 2 * వాహనదారుల ఐపీసీ 279/336/337/338 సెక్షన్లను ఉల్లంఘిస్తే: 2 * నిర్దేశిత వేగాన్ని మించుతూ, 40 కి.మీ. లోపు వేగంతో వాహనం నడిపితే: 2 * నిర్దేశిత వేగాన్ని మించుతూ, 40 కి.మీ.ల కంటే అదనపు వేగంతో వాహనం నడిపితే: 3 * రేసింగ్కు పాల్పడితే: 3 * మద్యం తాగి ద్విచక్రవాహనం నడిపితే: 3 * మద్యం తాగి నాలుగు చక్రాల వాహనం నడిపితే: 4 * మద్యం తాగి బస్సు/క్యాబ్/ఆటో నడిపితే: 5 * ఐపీసీ 304(ఎ), 304(2)ని ఉల్లంఘిస్తే(వాహనం అజాగ్రత్తగా నడిపి ఎదుటి వ్యక్తి మరణించేందుకు కారకులైతే): 5 * వాహనంపై వెళ్తూ గొలుసుచోరీ/దోపిడీకి పాల్పడితే: 5 లర్నర్లకు 5 మాత్రమే.. వాహనం లైసెన్స్ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేస్తే ముందుగా పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు. ప్రాథమిక పరీక్షలో పాసైతే లర్నింగ్ లైసెన్స్ జారీ చేస్తారు. దీని గడువు ఆరు నెలలు. ఆ తర్వాతే పూర్తిస్థాయి డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్ మంజూరు చేస్తారు. లర్నింగ్ లైసెన్స్ పొందిన కాలంలో వాహనం నడిపి ఉల్లంఘనలకు పాల్పడితే ఇక అంతే. అలాంటి వారికి 12 పాయింట్లు అక్కర్లేదు. 5 పాయింట్లు పడితే లైసెన్స్ను రద్దు చేస్తారు. అలా లర్నింగ్ లైసెన్స్ను కోల్పోయిన వారు మళ్లీ ప్రాథమిక పరీక్షకు హాజరు కావాల్సిందే. ప్రాయశ్చిత్తానికి అవకాశం పశ్చాత్తాపానికి మించిన ప్రాయశ్చిత్తం ఉండదంటారు. తప్పు చేసిన వారు తమ తప్పును సరిదిద్దుకునేందుకు అంగీకరిస్తే ఉపశమనం ఉంటుంది. ఉల్లంఘనల ద్వారా పాయింట్లు సాధించిన వాహనదారులు.. ఆ పాయింట్లను తగ్గించుకు¯ అవకాశముంది. రాష్ట్ర రవాణా శాఖ నుంచి గుర్తింపు పొందిన సంస్థ ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించే డిఫెన్సివ్ ట్రైనింగ్ కోర్సు/మోటార్ వెహికిల్ ఆక్సిడెంట్ ప్రివెన్షన్ కోర్సులో శిక్షణ పొందాలి. అలాంటి వారికి మూడు పాయింట్లు తగ్గిస్తారు. నిర్ణీత రెండేళ్ల కాల పరిమితిలో ఇలా రెండుసార్లే పాయింట్లను తగ్గించుకునేందుకు అవకాశముంది Ilage AP lo kuda pedithe bavuntundi Quote
