Bestguy Posted August 1, 2017 Report Posted August 1, 2017 (edited) go with local mortgae companies/brokers.. they do give cash back you can use that for closing costs..For me that broker sold it to wellsfargo for firtst time refinancing..Second time he sold it to phh mortgae..dont go to big banks..
