Friend monne jumped from Amazon to Zillow. Much better work life balance ani cheppadu. 

He's a data scientist. 

Amazon lo worked 2 years and jumped, last year pelli kooda ayyindi. Not getting time to spend with wife annadu, no honeymoon done.
