TampaChinnodu Posted August 1, 2017 Report Posted August 1, 2017 టీ రంగానికి ఏమైంది? ఇంటర్నెట్డెస్క్: ఒకప్పుడు భారతదేశంలో ఉద్యోగాలు కల్పించే అతిపెద్ద రంగం ఐటీపై ప్రస్తుతం నీలినీడలు కమ్ముకుంటున్నాయి. లక్షలాది మందికి ఉద్యోగాలు కల్పించిన ఈ రంగం ఇప్పుడు కష్టాల్లో ఉంది. తొలిసారి భారతదేశంలోనే అతిపెద్ద ఐదు ఐటీ సంస్థల్లో మూడింట్లో జూన్ 30తో ముగిసిన త్రైమాసికంలో ఉద్యోగుల సంఖ్య తగ్గిపోయింది. ఐదు ఐటీ కంపెనీల్లో మొత్తం కలిపి 8,78,913 మంది ఉద్యోగులు ఉండేవారు. కానీ ఈ ఏడాది జూన్ త్రైమాసికానికే 1,818 మంది సిబ్బంది తగ్గిపోయారు. ఇదే తరహా మన్ముందు కొనసాగితే మార్చి నాటికి 3.9 మిలియన్ మంది ఉద్యోగులున్న ఐటీ రంగం తీవ్ర పరిణామాలు ఎదుర్కోవాల్సి ఉంటుందని నాస్కామ్ హెచ్చరిస్తోంది. నాస్కామ్ వూహించినట్లు ఐటీ రంగం 2017 పూర్తయ్యేనాటికి 1,50,000 మంది ఉద్యోగులను చేర్చుకుంటుందా లేదా అన్నది కూడా సందేహించాల్సిన విషయమే. భారతదేశంలో అతి పెద్ద సాఫ్ట్వేర్ సంస్థ అయిన టీసీఎస్ జూన్ త్రైమాసికానికి 3,85,809 మంది ఉద్యోగుల్లో 1,414 మందిని తొలగించింది. మరో పక్క దేశీయ ఆరో పెద్ద ఐటీ కంపెనీ ఎల్అండ్టీలో కూడా వర్క్ఫోర్స్ తగ్గిపోయింది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో కొత్త ఉద్యోగులను నియమించిన ఒకేఒక్క కంపెనీ విప్రో. ఇటీవల ఈ కంపెనీ 200 మందికి పైగా ఉద్యోగులను కొత్తగా చేర్చుకుంది. అది కూడా బెంగళూరుకి చెందిన ఓ ఐటీ సంస్థతో విప్రో కుదుర్చుకున్న ఒప్పందం సఫలమవడంతో విప్రో అదనంగా ఉద్యోగులను చేర్చుకోగలిగింది.
