Option 1: Konni states lo receipt notice tho 6-8 months istadu license.

Option 2: Receipt notice tho license ivvaka pothe, some states(CA, WA etc) have a process of giving drivers license to illegal immigrants. It can be used for driving but not as ID proof. SO, you can try that.
