Why poor black are so different from poor white.

This is an interesting take on the subject.

basically the author concludes that poor whites (along with others) have a visceral hatred of blacks, and that the hatred is part of the system.

social, political and economic system are all anti-black.

He gives an example about why europeans used black labour smuggled from Africa, when there were poor Europeans they could've used as slaves. In fact using black slaves was far more expensive than using Black slaves it seems.

They did this to preserve the symbolic value of Whiteness.

I think it is similar to caste system that we have in India. People say that they don't discriminate to the outside world but the truth is the other way.

to brahmins, and to the castes who want to act like they are brahmins.

Indians did found their own slave class, anyway.

s0rry it was typo. I meant using black slaves was far more expensive than using local poor white europeans as slaves.
