The initial term of this agreement shall be One year or the duration of the existing project and automatically extends unless the employee with a proper, timely notice notifies the company in writing. The agreement can be considered VOID if employer is unable to produce a client Purchase Order by the end of ten (10) weeks from the beginning of the marketing process if the employee has no relocation constrains and sixteen (16) weeks for those employees with location constraints. The date of beginning of marketing is the day after the three (3) week training has ended. Quote
