cyber crime you mean e-hacking of credit cars etc ?  there are alredy strong laws for them in India. Cyber cells kooda vunnai !! what new laws you want to implement. The problem is india is cash dependent country. People take cash loans in the morning and return interest in the evening.  Every transaction is cash based for 80% of the population. Digitizing requires digital revolution not new cyber laws when there are cyber laws and cyber cells.

ayya neeku ground reality telidu maa frnd okadu pune cyber cell lo worked, he is an ethical hacker , and have an diploma in cyber laws. vaadu cheppina prakaram matter entii ante, the ppl who implement these laws dont consider cybercrime as actual crime. nuvvu enni laws tesukochchinaa kaani implement chese vadi attitude marchalekapotey you will not reap the benefits of strong laws
