Babu_Moshai Posted August 3, 2017 Report Posted August 3, 2017 I had very bad migraines on a daily basis when I was in tenth till my b.tech days. From B.tech first year, I followed the following 1) drink grape juice everyday.( freshly made @ home ) . Don't mix sugar. 2) Nuts ( Pistachio or Almonds) a count of 10 for every 6 hours. 3) Take small pieces of chopped ginger and eat periodically ( idhi koddiga kastam). or slice think and roast it on coal/stove and eat. 4) Pressure between eye brows gently and slowly increase the pressure. oka 10-15 mins alaga ilaaga daily basis lo chesthey... you willg et complete relief from migraine. I don't have it now. Quote
Babu_Moshai Posted August 3, 2017 Report Posted August 3, 2017 For vertigo, it is better to consult a doctor. Don;t try home remedies Quote
