I had read that it was around 70% on a blog earlier, so I don't know the veracity of it. However, this is from TOI, so may be more accurate.

It is a problem. but addressing it needs work on the law, rather than blaming the law itself on the whole. The law helps so many women, who have no other option. That's the only point.

It applies to fake sexual abuse charges, dalit atrocity cases, etc. All of them are a small percentage.
