Masters degree ,7+ original h1b , i140 loo vunapudu ibm loo job  thesukovacha , is it a good employers to be on their w2 ? 
also do you know if they apply GC , if so will it be in eb2 ?

Bochu ganni cheyyadu GC. Pay wise and work wise baganne untadhi, once join HR will not even respond. and your PMP manager will not push you interms of GC.

IBM, Accenture, CGI etc., IT divisions are no better than WITCH companies. People from WITCH companies just jump to these companies for  better pay. But those people also bring politics that they used to in WITCH. Not much difference.

Non IT is much better in IBM, and Accenture. Accenture is on par with Big 4 when it comes to Strategy & Operations. No idea on IBM

Yes if you have GC, working in IBM is the coolest job. Remote depends on project most of them will work as travelling consultant, IBM will pay for the trips, but u need to keep on travel from monday to thrusday. 

IBM will offer good packages, joining mundhe baga negotiate chessukovalli HR tho regarding pay. once join your salary and band will not increase.
