Assam media lauds Ramcharan and Upasana for donations

Actor Ram Charan is currently very much busy with the shooting of the film Ranasthalam 1985, has made huge donation to Assam flood victims.

He has also urged his fans to join him in this endeavour to reach out to as many people as possible. Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Kamineni donates Rs 1.56 cr & Rs 1.12 cr respectively for Assam flood relief.

Assam media has appreciated the efforts of Ramcharan and Upasana and also Bollywood actor Aamir Khan for contributing form their side for the Assam floods.

As reported earlier, Mega Power Star Ram Charan took pity on the devastated Assam which was terribly attacked by the floods. Several people were died and many were displaced. Thousands of animals were also died while houses were submerged in flood waters. 

It's learnt that Ram Charan donated a huge sum of Rs.1.56 crores while his better half Upasana contributed Rs.1.12 crores which makes Rs.2.68 crores charity by the couple. Furthermore, Ram Charan called for charity from his fans as well. 

However, Assam media didn't forget Ram Charan's charity. They thanked Ram Charan's kind-heart and telecasted special programs on his charity. Mega fans have been proud of their hero's golden heart and have felt Ram Charan the true successor of Megastar Chiranjeevi.
