Not sure, but I strongly doubt if Gulte also belongs to GA Venkat reddy. I always see the same articles in both sides, one is supporting jagan and the other supporting TDP. Also, if pics are posted, they will be same in both sites. just my observation

The separated the telugu version as independent site (probably sold to some other person)
