Actually hard courts ave mana public courts lo ikkada kooda year round play cheyachu bro since they are nothing but asphalt. But I play mostly on softer surfaces like Har Tru courts that look like this 

Avi temperature below 40 osthey freeze avuthayi since it's very similar to clay. It's best on a warm day though. Public courts ala freeze avvavu so you can play on them anytime of the year.

I am pretty sure ade ani. Because that's the only artificial rafting center in Charlotte. 

Akkada hiking trails, bicycle trails, obstacle trails, rock climbing kooda undunte confirmed it's White water rafting center.
