infoseeker786 Posted August 8, 2017 Report Posted August 8, 2017 Hi Bro , you can use your I140 from A for extensions without PERM from B.I have seen some of my colleagues getting extensions with I140 from companies they used to work for long time back. They changed 2-3 companies with this I140.Btw why you got only 1 year extension? Are you doing contracting job or FT job? 1 Quote

Srimantudu Posted August 8, 2017 Report Posted August 8, 2017 To be precise, 3 years extensions may be granted until a final decision is made to (1) revoke an approved Immigration Visa(i140) (2) approve or deny an IV application [NOTE: this refers to a permanent visa issued by the embassy/consulate abroad], or (3) approve or deny an adjustment of status application. idi attorney reply for your Q Quote
