Nenu na colleague case ni chusanu.He had his I140 approved with a consulting company before he joined our company.He got extension beyond 6 years with that I140 .He stayed with my company for 2 years then he changed jobs 2 times( job duration was 1 year-FT).Every time he got 3 years extension.

next extension ki perm filing undi...previous 2 time no perm
