Congress heights metro station daggara oka condo chusam, new to this area. Illu bagundi chudatanki 2BR, 1Bath. (~900 sqft). Undatanki kadu but as investment ela untundi ? Rents ela osthai, area safe e na, any pros and cons ?

pedaga crime and all, manaki telvadi...but commerce kuda pedaga emi vundadu, more like a active and working neighbourhood...

Thanks bhayya, adi parledu aithundi. Zeeeellowww agent tho matlada, he is saying its a developing area but schools peddaga em levu ani. Investment ga bane untundi annadu.

Usually downtown lo work chese employees, do they prefer staying here ?
