Basically, they are looking for answers from your past experience. Kind of behavioral interview.

You need to demonstrate how tagging and analysis helped you in your career and your company. For example

"Contributed to proposal efforts through detailed analysis of clients’ rqurements. Successfully influenced client leadership to implement solutions in CRM, resulting in $400K engagements".

Numbers are always attractive to recruiters. Focus on tasks that helped business increase the topline/bottomline.
