home owner association...

for independent homes it will be 30-50 per month... its just a association for all of your homes in our area.. they take care of updating any crime related things in your area... if you have any pool or park in your community.. they maintain it.

for town homes or condos it will be 200-400.... they take care of grass cutting, outside paint , security, roof , cable and internet in some communities...this is mandatory and you have to pay it...  additionally maintain club house, gym , pool

Seller gives 3% commission of the home value to seller agent and buyer agent. Buyer agent will give 1.5% to seller for closing costs. Closing cost 4K daka aitadi
