Asalu e big data cloud certifications Ki weight unda?

It depends. Now a days every guy is certified in AWS. At least at Associate level. Not sure how many of them really plan to work in AWS.

So, certification alone won't make the cut. But if there are 2 candidates with almost similar skills, a certified candidate will be preferred. Same as any other tech.
