Yes Bro, I went without tour package..we are unable to cover most of the places. Go with tour package only its the best option...

tour pkg soofer, manchi hotels istaru or resorts i spent 1.5L in 2012 may be a lill higher now lemme check for the link of website, its govt run tourism so beralu em undav but best quality
