To the best of what I know, all the government hospitals have enough supply of funds and these funds are cleared on high priority basis. Even if the payment falls through, the supplier/vendor is supposed to still supply and provide services for three months at least. This is as per the agreements and this holds good all over India. 

Now, when such deaths have happened because of shortage of oxygen, this raises a question as such thing has never happened . 

We will get to read lot of theories about this issue but what exactly caused these deaths, no one will ever get to know. 

Relax guys, its now a political vendetta...Media needed some green grass to graze and were actively looking for such pasture and finally they found one...but, what caused these deaths, no one are concerned..
