Henley Posted August 16, 2017 Report Posted August 16, 2017 Interviewer- you have changed so many companies in past 4 years. Why? Me- Sir, let me ask you if you have a younger sister who wants to study abroad, and your parents can't afford it? What would you do? Int- I would look for better job. Me- And suppose you get a new job with a handsome package. But, your new employer exploits you because you have knowledge of multiple platforms and he didn't want to hire new staff? Int- I'll quit the job Me- Exactly (takes a sip of water) Your resume is just an advertisement. There are products which don't advertise aggressively but are still kings of the market and there are products that advertise on every channel but still fail. If you work in a company for 5 years and then quit, people will judge you... And if you work in a company for 5 months and then quit, people will still judge you. .. Companies should stop judging people by resume/CV. Testing them practically is what you should do to hire the best fit. 1 Quote

But, your new employer exploits you because you have knowledge of multiple platforms and he didn't want to hire new staff? This is the worst answer ever. If you tell the above line, the recruiter would think you do the same to his firm. You should never use negative words like that in interview. Quote

If it is more employers, recruiters hate you. Quote

It depends on how you master yourself in the interview. These are the common set of questions any interviewer would love to ask but we need to involve in more constructive conversation with the interviewer. No interviewer on earth will be master of everything. Pick out few points or look for common interests ...at least it has worked for me. For me, FT is a big NO. I love contracting and love to keep changing jobs and roles. Not a typical guy who would love to do a FT and settle down in one place and wait till we die. Quote
