two H1b apporval notices with different dates

i have my current h1b petetion approved till 

sep 10-2017 

and Visa will expire on sep 20-2017

(don't know why VO gave me this date while stamping)

now i applied for extension and got two approval notices from uscis

one with start date as sep-10 and another with sep-20

ee renditlo edi use cheyyali?

if i go for stamping which one is valid

Na visa Sep 24 ,2017 ki expire avuthundhi.

Nenu extension ki apply chesanu on April 26 ,  2017 ,got an RFE.

RFE was addressed on Aug 4 , on the website its still showing the message "We received  the request for evidence and our team will start working on your case".

In how many days did you get your approval, please let me know Bro..
