It's talking about collateral agreement . Can some one throw light about this.

If you are taking loan, doesn't the bank get the title? For registration, I think you need to provide license info. 

DCU still has the title of my car. Auto dealer took care of registration. I may be wrong.

Chala confusing ga vundhi.m talk to bank first..let them decide the complications

i dont know technically how it will work since you dont 'own' the car literally and it is still the property of the bank as long as the lien exists. I think you co-own with someone but not gift it since it is not yours
