This is Aston Martin's 2.3 million dollar track beast, the Vulcan.

Each part of the body is precision designed for optimum downforce and handling, allowing for a 2:07 lap around the Nardo Circuit. A full 9 seconds faster than the Mclaren P1.

It boasts 811 bhp and 575 lb-ft of torque from its 7 liter V12. These are high numbers considering its curb weight of just under 3000 lb (1350 kg)

Capable of 0-60 in 2.9s and has a top speed of 224mph (360kph)

The speed numbers are beyond fantastic but this car is all about handling, capable of 
2.5 Gs of lateral acceleration.

Only 24 track only models exist but Aston Martin is hinting at street legal versions being released in the near future.

It may not be the best car ever. It may not be anything completely ground breaking. But it deserves appreciation for what it is - A beautiful, well engineered racecar that almost anyone would love to drive.
