Priority Date only carried if u upgrade to 2 to 3. not downgrade 3 to 2.

i dont think i will be waiting in those long lines forever.. but situation ela untadi ani asking

2 nundi 3 avvacha.. na 6yrs h1 already aipoindi... ipdu h1  1 year undi . non profit i marite ee h1 em avtadi
