India lo h1b transfer...how ?

Friend is in india ....got his new h1b approval ...stamping not done yet...

Can he transfer his h1b to new company ?

Current company lo work chesthuna colleagues got 221g about client letter..so my friend wants to join new company...to file h1b...wanted to know...more info...

october 1 st taravatha can apply, but better to have stamping and then apply for transfer.

Find a genuine employer and get it transferred, no need of paystubs or work before transferring. 

Many companies like Synechron, Hexaware etc need people and they transfer H1B from India . Search naukri, monster and linkedin and apply or ask friends in different companies to get details from their manager/HR .

I know a guy who did the same last year . Even my wife has a h1 approval with cos denied . Planning to use that if they terminate h4 ead
