Very Good Observation! But honestly i have seen that concept in atleast 10 Foreign Movies. Its a very well known concept hat cocaine counteracts alcohol, but its only for a while. like after 6 hours there will serious crash down like going into 24 hr sleep because you have maxed out on your energy levels. Its not a sole proprietary content of one single movie (like you said from Flight). Quote
