PK fan group/Mahesh Kathi hate group hatching a plot to kill Mahesh Kathi

I saw this in a group, and took a picture along with the name and phone number of the person who said he was going to do this. 

He didn't seem to say this in a fit of anger either, I asked him if he genuinely meant what he said and he said yes, and that he was planning to create a sketch to get Mahesh Kathi killed. 

Who should this be reported to?
