ARJUN REDDY should be the start of the TELANGANA FILM INDUSTRY

I strongly believe that the mega success of Arjun Reddy will create a new Telangana Film Industry and will give rise to a very unique and new breed of actors and directors originating only from Telangana State...Be it language or culture or their own local stories the Telangana Films are bound to be dramatically different compared to the previous way of making films

Talent from Telangana is bound to come in with a completley new way of thinking and perceiving cinema because their backgrounds will be so different ..For example no one in the existing Telugu Film Industry will ever think or will be able to think of a love story set in Karimnagar

I wish KCR and KTR will encourage this new wave of fresh talent from Telangana which will be pathbreakingly different away from a formulaic and old fashioned model of the conventional industry

Also since it's just the beginning Telangana Film Industry can be very uniquely and differently positioned away from the cliched old industry thereby giving it a very separate and its very own identity

Three movies in the last few months..

Pelli Chupulu, Fidaa, Arjun Reddy.....Don;t know what category they fit into but...these movies are not formula based commercial movies yet they made collections more than a commercial movie...there are no commercial elements yet they were big hits..

Typical 5 songs, one item song, bang before the interval, happy ending, couple of songs shot in Europe for no reason, hero has friends and he slaps and that becomes a comedy scene, comedians take stage for no reason and forcibly made part of the movie to make people laugh of silly jokes, fortifying hero as a demi god...

Sick of these movies man...expecting few good movies come along without these formulas...
