Aadhaar is not issued to NRIs at present, Sam obtained one by falsely declaring himself a resident. He is not alone. Telusu , savings bank kuda monnati daka 7% interest icevaadu now reduced it to 6 % also Kotak is giving 6% for Savings account.

Idhi correct. Aadhar card is not for NRI's. application pedithe evadikaina ichesthunnaru..ichina kadinunchi - link cheyamani mani messages and mails. Adhaar, PAN card linking is only for resident accounts. NRI ayyi, resident account unte..move the funds out to non-resident account.

Asalu NRI status vallaku Aadhar e ivvoddu. Only indian residents ke. 

Already Aadhar card unte just link with PAN. Incometaxindia website lo link aadhar with pan ani untadi link. 

If neeku india bank lo NRE/NRO accounts unte PAN is enough. If u don't have Aadhar that is fine since u r NRI and u won't get it. If your bank email/call and ask for Aadhar for your NRE/NRO account then ask them to contact RBI and know the rules. Aadhar nri laku asalu issue cheyoddu.
