CBN approves Amaravati Twin Towers’ Design

Architects and designers from Shapoorji Pallonji presented designs of the Amaravati Iconic Twin-Towers to CBN in Velagapudi. The explained the design strategy, context and the composition planned for the property. CBN suggested them to derive inspiration from the iconic towers across the world like Burj Khalifa in Dubai or other skyscrapers in Singapore and Malaysia. He also requested them to build a case study on the top 10 towers in the world and their composition. 

The towers will comprise of office spaces (55-57%), shopping areas (12-13%), hotel (12%) and service apartments (8%). “Not just the facade, but the activities we have, must attract tourists. We need to apply the best of business sense to capitalise on different activities,” CBN said.
