9 months on bench during OPT. H1b stamping issues?

Hi all,

My H1b petition got picked in the lottery this yr. I work as a contractor through desi consulting company. I was on bench for 9 mos during OPT, last yr. No payroll/paystubs for that period. 

I want to get H1b stamping done late this yr or early next yr.

Will my lack of old paystubs cause stamping issues? (I am planning to go to Hyderabad or some consulate in Canada. Mexico is more convenient for me but looks like they don't do F1 -> H1b COS stamping.)

How should I deal with this? Is there anything I can do.
