My son graduated from UW, Madison in Information technology. He and 2 of his indian friends who graduated with him went for a job interview .The company had multiple positions.The interviewers were both Indians.Both of his indian friends were hired and offered positions.My son was turned down.The interview was very basic.They asked him basic HR questions.When my son asked me why his friends were offered the jobs but not him, I didn't know what to answer.I explained this to my nephew he told me how Indians just hire other Indians.He told me when he worked for Dell computers, he and his American co-workers were all replaced by Indians. This runs deeper than h1b visa issue. My son has applied for over 12 positions so far.He hasn't received a single response.I have asked him to take some minimum wage jobs for a few months before searching again.
