He may not touch the TN visa. Thing is, TN visa has a lot of labor regulations so he may not touch it. Tweets chesthadu cancel chestha ani kaani they won't be able to touch TN.

Agreed . It is just matter of when now.

If the Administration has any thought of supporting H4 EAD then it would have already defended the case in court.

The problem for H4 EAD comes from two ends. 

One - The administration has no wish to defend it as we have already seen so far

Two - There's been sufficient abuse in the form of taking up minimum wage low skilled jobs, contrary to the claims made before it's introduction that this program was supposed to give highly skilled spouses of H1B visa holders a chance to work on their skills.
