Yes most probably. Otherwise they might let the ones that have work authorizations work right now till the time their's will be up for renewal, and then deport them at that time.

DACA broke MAVNI program, honestly speaking. 

MAVNI was a very successful program and has added very qualified and talented bunch of people to the US Army, some of them went on to win Olympic medals. Google "Paul Chelimi" he won the Silver Medal at the last Olympics representing the US and US Army. Also Saral Shreshta, a Nepali in the US Army won the soldier of the year award, which is a very very prestigious recognition. 

A program that was running so well ended up getting broken when Obama without any forethought threw DACAs whose backgrounds couldn't be vetted into the mix. That broke the MAVNI program and made it the mess it is today. Now the hastily implemented DACA program has been rescinded as well. Obama's legacy is forever lost, the last remaining vestige of it that is.

The problem is that once the DACAs were thrown into the MAVNI mix the program became unsustainable. a lot of the DACAs can't be vetted properly which means that they needed additional resources to conduct the background checks on those soldiers, and since they don't have enough manpower the backlog grew. 

That's what killed the program, not just the fact that their recruiting targets were met. The originator of the program Lt Col Stock suggested then itself that it's a bad idea to include DACAs into the MAVNI mix and that the DACAs should have their own separate program if Obama wished for them to serve in the military. No one listened to her then, now both MAVNI program has been killed and DACA is rescinded. 

Good job Obama, another one of your utter failures.

A lot of MAVNIs in this forum ended up being naturalized and became successful US citizens including @Quickgun_murugan, @Hercules and a few others from this forum who aren't active anymore. Of course, DACAs weren't included in the MAVNI program when they all joined.

Agreed. But if they are getting citizenships faster than the people who are actually going through legal process. Then that will encourage more illegal immigration.

Who said I don't have compassion for them bro. I am not blaming DACAs where did I say it was their fault. I just meant to say that it was Obama and his administration's fault that they endangered the position of all these DACAs by not only trying to hastily come up with a law to legalize them, but also did a great disservice to them by throwing them into the MAVNI program without proper thought. 

Now you see what happens to judicial over reach, it gets shot down eventually. If anything, this mess was totally created by the previous administration. I have all sympathy with my DACA brothers and sisters, it's not their fault that the half baked rules of the past administration are jeopardizing their situation now.
