And what's the rationale behind coming to the decision about 0.1% of the DACAs only being in the MAVNI program? That number would equal 800 out of the 4500 people waiting for a ship date + the ones that have already completed their combat training and waiting to ship out. Easily would amount to 8000 so revise your number to 1% of the DACA not 0.1% as you pulled out of a magic hat. Even then, I merely mentioned what addition of the DACAs did to a successfully running and very crucial program to the US. 

Leaving the MAVNI issue aside, I never commented on whether DACA should be upheld or canceled, please point out where I made that statement and I will be glad to discuss this. I merely stated that DACA was a hastily designed program made in mind to capture vote bank of a lot of Latinos who are the primary beneficiaries of the DACA program. If it weren't made so hastily it perhaps would have survived and the fact that it were made up in haste is so evident by the fact that more than 9 states launched law suits against the Federal Government as soon as this program was announced. 

Please let me know why Obama had to use his presidential power to push this program instead of letting it go through the normal channels and make it a legislation. He knew it wouldn't go through, and it was quite clearly a case of judicial over reach. I am not against the DACAs, I am  for them that they have to go through all this because of the greed of the previous administration who were so short sighted as to not see that this program wasn't going to last that long.
