Yes Narcos is one of Netflix's top shows and based on the fact that both the Season 1 and Season 2 have got record viewer ship along with critical acclaim, they spent a lot of money on Season 3 as well for locations etc. However Season 1 and Season 2 had better and more picturesque locales, compared to this Season.
