Weather wise decent ga undey city... Moderate Summers, Moderate Winters very good school districts ..not too high cost of living ... close to every fun thing in US..  

SAN DIEGO, CA         best place to settle in US

Close to Universal Studios (90miles), Hollywood, DisneyLand, Legoland, Sea World, Best beaches in the country n world,

other funs .--> Las Vegas (3.5 hrs), 30 miles to Tijuana, Mexico (super hot chicks to bang)

Single family houses in areas like Poway (very good school district) and 20 miles to Downtown SD, Escondido areas is still under 650k...

May lo na friend konnadu for 685k Single family house near Miramesa area.

Ocean Side , Encinitas lo range is from 700k to 2 M

Condos/townhomes aithe around 400k to 600k lo osthaay...

akkada Airport thappa emi peddaga cheppukotaniki ledu @princeofheaven bro...roju airport ki poyi em chestaru ... adi kuda about 50 to 60 miles from where our ppl bought houses.. or around 1hr drive... 

San Diego lo kuda undi airport .. Hub to Europe and South East Asian destinations..... India ki maree seep deals kavalantey oka 80 miles pothey LA airport undi.(same 1 hr drive).. one of the busiest airports in the world... maakem takkuva...
