Single family houses in areas like Poway (very good school district), Escondido areas is still under 650k...

May lo na friend konnadu for 685k Single family house near Miramesa area.

Ocean Side , Encinitas lo range is from 700k to 2 M

Condos/Townhomes aithe around 400k to 500k lo osthaay...

weather conditions extreme untaay @BostonBullodu bro Dallas lo... and Dallas is not close to any of the fun stuff I mentioned about San Diego.. moreover SD lo per year house value increases by atleast 8 t o15%
