i lived in Delaware for a couple of yrs..its nice and cheap for no sales tax and close proximity to metros like nyc and dc..but its good during the career begining and if u see southern CA then you'll know what you are missing in life!

Virginia is much better than calif . Weather better calif but in rest Virginia is much better .
