I'm working on h1bee ...with company A now...

in the past...Company B tho...naa i140 approved....and its still active...

Now company B merged into company A....so no more company B name...

so can I amend my i140 with company A and let the process continue ?

how are you working on company A's payroll with 140 approval from company B(guessing h1b also from companyB)

I think so. Since B is merged into A, what all belongs to B is now A's now.
